1. Are there any fees other than the monthly
fee?
Absolutely not. There are no start-up or cancellation fees of any
kind.
2. If I sign up for monthly service today,
when does my service start?
Tomorrow.
3. I have monthly service. How do I change
my wake-up times?
Simply log in to your account at www.wake123.com. Alternately,
call our server anytime at 866-KISS-123 and select Option 1. If
you don't want a wake-up call for a certain day, press the
star key, “*” when prompted for the hour of that day.
4. How I continue my monthly membership?
You don’t need to do anything other than make sure that we
have a valid credit card for you at all times in our database. Our
server will automatically renew your monthly membership every month
until you cancel.
5. How can I change my personal & billing information,
should it change?
Simply log in to your account at www.wake123.com, and press the
"Edit Account Information" Link. If you have changed your billing phone number due to a move,
then send an email with your old number and your new number to support@wake123.com . We typically
make the changes within 36 hours of message receipt.
6. How do I cancel my monthly membership?
Simply log in to your account at www.wake123.com, press the
"Edit Account Information" Link, and then press the "CANCEL ACCOUNT" Button.
Call our server at 866-KISS-123 and select option 2. Our server
automatically renews your service on the day of the month you signed
up on, plus one day. For example, your service is renewed on the
21st of every month if you signed up for service on the 20th.
7. Can I have my service temporarily ring
to another number?
Yes! Log in to your account at www.wake123.com and change the Call Phone
number.
8. Will Wake123.com work for my cellular
phone?
Wake123.com works for any phone that rings directly after dialing
it’s number. Our service will not work for any phone system
that requires additional input beyond dialing the number.
9. Will Wake123.com work if I have an answering
machine?
Yes. Just make sure that your answering machine does not answer
before your phone rings. Otherwise you won’t hear the service!
10. I have housemates that would like service
but we all share one phone. Can we all get service?
Absolutely! Just make sure that each person getting service selects
a different PIN when ordering service.
11. Can I pay by check?
Yes! Wake123.com accepts check,VISA, MasterCard & Discover.
12. How secure is my credit card information?
We treat your credit card as if it was our own. O & R Digitel’s
President is the only person to see your credit card information
within our company. Your credit card information is securely processed
by the nationally recognized NOVA Company. This company processes
many of your transactions in stores across the US.
13. What about my privacy?
O & R Digitel does NOT share any of your information with anyone
other than NOVA to process your order.
